Brigham Health provides the safest, highest quality care and the best patient experience to all our patients and their family members. On this Safety Matters blog, our experts discuss a broad range of issues in patient safety, health care quality and patient experience and what we are doing at Brigham Health to improve care delivery.
Our goal for Safety Matters is to engage a broad audience about what we have learned from our efforts to deliver the safest care and develop a hospital culture where our faculty and staff and patients are comfortable voicing their safety concerns and experiences. This blog was started by Karen Fiumara and Allen Kachalia in 2015, and we are proud to continue this work in 2020.
Email your questions and suggestions to BWHSafetyMatters@partners.org. We encourage you to leave comments on our blog posts and to join us in conversations about making health care safer for all.
Safety matters to all of us at Brigham Health.
